Connections Mentoring Program Application

This application is for new and seasoned professionals needing a mentor.

To support continued learning and growth, this program focuses on connecting with colleagues to learn new skills and complete projects or address specific challenges.

Expectations:

For each option, mentors and mentees will meet at least 6 times over a 12-month period (either in-person, remotely, or combination).

Session 1: Setting Goals and Schedule, Introductions.

Session 2-5: Based on Mentor’s Goals and Objectives. Plan for once every other month. More meetings can be planned based on the project.

Capstone Meeting: Review Goals and Outcomes. Determine next steps.
